A Fixed Price Contract is prepared and presented to you for approval.
Once you are satisfied, the contract documents, including the building contract, working drawings, schedule of materials and guarantee documentation are signed.
The building consent and related documentation are lodged with the Council.

When your plans are in Council, you choose the colours and finishes for your new home.
Kitchen designers, landscape designers and colour consultants are available to assist you with your specific requirements.

Once a build start date is determined an indicative timeline is given to you.
Progress payments will be required along the way as per the building agreement and regular site meetings will be held with you.
Once construction of your new home is completed we will undertake final inspections and our team will do full quality control checks to make sure your new home is to the highest standard.
